APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
Applications with all supporting documents must be in PDF format only and emailed to acc@hmdctx.com. Required photos may be submitted as Jpeg or PDF. Any emails received with embedded items will not be accepted. All review fees and deposits must be received by Oak & Stone Community Management prior to submitting applications to the ACC for review.
***All ACC payments can only be accepted via online payment on WebAxis or by check. No cash, money orders, or other forms of payment will be accepted.***
Forms/Applications
Culverts must be installed before crossing any ditches - land bridges are not allowed. Please contact culverts@hmdctx.com for community culvert requirements.
