APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
 
Applications with all supporting documents must be in PDF format only. Required photos may be submitted as Jpeg or PDF. Any emails received with embedded items will not be accepted. All review fees and deposits must be received by Tristar prior to submitting applications to the ACC for review.
 
We must receive the following documents before a New Home application can be sent to the committee for review:
Home Application
Proof of Ownership 
Valuation Letter County Permit & Septic Design
SWP3 Permit 
Property Survey
Plot / Site Plan - Should include Gas- Electric- AC locations
Landscape Plan
Tree Survey and Clearing Plan 
Drainage Plan
Engineered Drawings
Elevation Drawings
Driveway Wing Wall Design Drawing
Exterior Sample Materials / Colors / Cutsheets 
Copy of Insurance for project
A copy Payment Application - Deposit taken by Tristar
